Holmusk Recognized in List of “Beyond 100” Digital Health Innovators in UK

January 12, 2022

Holmusk was recently recognized as one of the top 100 digital health innovators in the UK for its Management and Supervision (MaST) tool, which has been successfully implemented in four NHS Foundation Trusts with two further Trusts in the set-up phase.

The “Beyond 100” campaign spearheaded by the UK’s Department for International Trade recognizes top digital health companies in the UK and places them within UK’s Digital Health Playbook, which is now available for digital download.

“The UK has long prided itself as being a hotbed of innovation and the British Government’s ongoing investment in growing our capabilities in areas such as AI and more broadly Data Driven Healthcare, has further fuelled the creation of cutting edge, evidence-based solutions,” Dr. Mike Short, CBE, Chief Scientific Adviser for the Department of InternationalTrade, wrote in a foreword to the playbook.

The included companies, which were identified and chosen by Healthcare UK, part of the Department of International Trade, were evaluated on a number of criteria, including readiness for and commitment to international expansion and the global uniqueness of their innovation.

MaST is a decision support tool that uses predictive analytics to help mental health providers make data-driven decisions about the resources they use to provide safer and higher quality care.

“Holmusk is thrilled to be honored with this recognition, and we look forward to continuing to improve mental health care delivery within the U.K. and beyond,” said Caroline Gadd, Director of Healthcare Solutions for Holmusk U.K.

Inclusion in this playbook builds on other accolades and recognitions the award-winning MaST has received in the last several years, including inclusion in the NHS Innovation Accelerator, winners of the National Positive Practice in Mental Health awards in 2021, and recognitions from the Health Tech Awards 2020 and the Patient Safety Awards 2021.
